We are an interdisciplinary studio, making games with a Zurich-Berlin flair.
History
How We Got StartedAfter Anja had finished Truth Detectives, the documentary movie, in 2015, we started working on concepts about how to bring open source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies to a wider audience. One of them is a game format, in which true crime cases must be solved with publicly available tools and data (search engines, social media, youtube, …). We founded Studio ZB on 1 April 2020 and finished the Truth Detectives protoype on 30 September 2022.
